No Refunds for Growing Conditions: We do not offer refunds or replacements for issues related to care, weather, or growing failure after planting.
Incorrect Varieties: We are human beings and mistakes can sometimes be made during labelling at the end of the seaon. We utilize multiple tactics to alleviate this. Should you grow a variety from us that you feel is incorrect, we will only issue you a refund or credit if you provide satisfactory photographic evidence, subject to our discretion. We will do our best to rectify the situation where warranted.
